本周稀土市場鐠釹鏑鐵價(jià)格持續(xù)上漲，金屬鋱價(jià)格企穩(wěn)。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格620-630元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1520-1570元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格5200-5250元/KG。
This week the prices of PrNd and DyFe on rare earth market continue to rise, while the price of Tb is stable. Price from Asian Metal of this weekend presented: PrNd 620-630 RMB/KG, DyFe 1520-1570 RMB/KG, Tb 5200-5250 RMB/KG.
媒體稱，國家稀土辦給六大稀土集團(tuán)發(fā)文，稱當(dāng)前稀土市場報(bào)價(jià)無序，要求六大集團(tuán)加強(qiáng)自律，維護(hù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營秩序。業(yè)內(nèi)人士稱此舉是希望六大稀土集團(tuán)不要帶頭漲價(jià)，穩(wěn)定市場，然而目前稀土價(jià)格仍在漲。
According to the media, National Rare Earth Office requests the six rare earth groups to strengthen their self-discipline to keep the order of production and operation because of the current disordered rare earth quotation. Professional insiders think that the purpose of the action is making the six rare earth groups stop increasing the price so as to calm down the market. However, current price of rare earth is still rising.

供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革之下，長期低迷的稀土市場各材料價(jià)格迎來明顯上漲。有人甚至感慨2011年時(shí)光重現(xiàn)。
On the circumstances of the structural reform of supply-side, all metal prices go up very obviously after a long-time downturn in the rare-earth market. Some even says that current situation is the same with 2011.
一位長期關(guān)注稀土領(lǐng)域的消息人士對《每日經(jīng)濟(jì)新聞》記者表示，一些下游企業(yè)對于漲價(jià)很“著急"。在券商的眼中，稀土下游的永磁材料將成為“新能源拉動(dòng)的第三大風(fēng)口"。但記者注意到，從目前來看，涉足永磁材料的企業(yè)在這輪漲價(jià)潮中受到的影響遠(yuǎn)不及“風(fēng)口"狀態(tài)。

In the view of securities companies, permanent magnetic material in the downstream of rare earth will become the third one that is driven by new energy. However, according to the journalists, at present, the influence that the price surge on the companies producing permanent magnetic materials is more than thought.
百川資訊近發(fā)布的報(bào)告顯示，稀土報(bào)價(jià)連續(xù)上漲。8月8日到8月9日一日之隔，標(biāo)志性氧化釓報(bào)價(jià)到13萬~14萬元/噸，漲4萬元，氧化鈥報(bào)價(jià)到50萬元/噸，漲8萬元，而其他稀土產(chǎn)品也一齊上漲。同時(shí)，該報(bào)告還指出氧化釓上目前下游詢盤增加，商家不出貨，供給量又出現(xiàn)下降，直接拉動(dòng)釓價(jià)出現(xiàn)上漲。
According to the latest report released by Baiinfo, rare earth quotation continues to rise. Only one day from August 8 to August 9, the symbolic quotation of Gadolinium oxide is 130,000 -140,000 RMB/T, which increased by 40,000 RMB; Ho oxide quoted 500,000 RMB/T, which increased by 80,000; and the prices of other rare-earth products are increasing. Meanwhile, this report also points out that now the downstream enquiries of Gadolinium oxide increase, the sellers keep the stock and supplies reduce which lead the rising price of Gadolinium.
招商證券的一份研報(bào)稱，惜售與補(bǔ)庫存交織，稀土價(jià)格加速上升。多數(shù)稀土產(chǎn)品表現(xiàn)供不應(yīng)求，現(xiàn)貨難以買到。
According to a research report of China Merchants Securities, sellers are reluctant to sell out but restocking which makes the price of rare earth increase. Most rare-earth products are short in demand. It is hard to buy spot goods.
在稀土原材料價(jià)格上升的背景下，不論是囤貨還是“打黑"，下游產(chǎn)品都將會(huì)面臨成本上升的問題。自2011年以后稀土價(jià)格長期下跌，在長期下跌過程中市場形成悲觀預(yù)期，包括磁材廠、貿(mào)易商等企業(yè)庫存均大幅下降，僅保持企業(yè)正常生產(chǎn)庫存。
On the background of rising price of rare-earth material, no matter stocking up goods or cracking down the illegal goods, the downstream products still face the problem of rising cost. Since 2011, the price of rare earth has decreased for a long time in which the whole market forms pessimistic expectations. The storage of magnetic material factories and traders are decreasing a lot. They only have the storage that keeps the regular production.
而據(jù)相關(guān)研報(bào)分析，在這波稀土價(jià)格上漲前，包括下游釹鐵硼廠以及貿(mào)易商等，對鐠釹價(jià)格上漲前期判斷錯(cuò)誤，庫存沒有補(bǔ)上，當(dāng)價(jià)格上漲趨勢形成，再去補(bǔ)庫存，導(dǎo)致鐠釹價(jià)格快速上漲。就目前來看，現(xiàn)貨難以買到，鐠釹價(jià)格依舊呈現(xiàn)上漲的趨勢。這意味著，稀土價(jià)格大漲的背后或許存在著人為囤貨。
According to the relevant analysis of research report, before the price of rare earth begin to rise, the downstream NdFeB plants and traders have a wrong judgment about the rising price of PrNd. So they did not keep up with the storage. The trend of rising price is formed, then restocking which makes the price of PrNd go up quickly. At present, it is difficult to buy spot goods and the price of PrNd continues to rise, which means that there are stockpiling behind the reality of rising rare-earth price.
