（1）本周稀土市場(chǎng)行情，鐠釹、金屬釹、鏑鐵和鋱的價(jià)格小幅下降。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)周末價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格870-880元/KG；金屬釹價(jià)格945-955元/KG；鏑鐵合金價(jià)格2210-2230元/KG；金屬鋱價(jià)格17050-17250元/KG。
In the rare earth market this week, the prices of PrNd, Nd meta, DyFe Alloy and Tb has decreased slightly. Prices on Asian Metal at the end of this week present: PrNd metal price 870-880 CNY/KG; Nd metal price 945-955 CNY/KG; DyFe alloy price 2210-2230 CNY/KG; Tb metal price 17050-17250 CNY/KG.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the second batch of total control targets for rare earth mining, smelting and separation in 2022.
8月17日，工業(yè)和信息化部、自然資源部下達(dá)2022年第二批稀土開(kāi)采、冶煉分離總量控制指標(biāo)。
On August 17, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the second batch of total control targets for rare earth mining, smelting and separation in 2022.
2022年第二批稀土開(kāi)采、冶煉分離總量控制指標(biāo)分別為109200噸、104800噸（不含已下達(dá)的第一批指標(biāo)）。詳情見(jiàn)下圖（括號(hào)內(nèi)數(shù)字為所包含的重稀土數(shù)量）。
In 2022, the second batch of rare earth mining and smelting and separation total control targets are 109,200 tons and 104,800 tons respectively (excluding the first batch of targets issued). Details are shown in the figure below (numbers in parentheses are quantities of heavy rare earths included).
2022年前兩批合計(jì)稀土開(kāi)采、冶煉分離總量控制指標(biāo)分別為210000噸、202000噸，相較2021年分別增長(zhǎng)25%和24.7%。其中，輕稀土開(kāi)采總量指標(biāo)為190850噸，較上一年度增長(zhǎng)28.2%，中重稀土開(kāi)采總量指標(biāo)未作調(diào)整，為19150噸。
In 2022, the total volume of rare earth mining, smelting and separation in the first two batches were 210,000 tons and 202,000 tons respectively, up by 25% and 24.7% compared with 2021. Among them, the total volume of light rare earth was 190,850 tons, up 28.2% from the previous year, while the total volume of medium and heavy rare earth was 19,150 tons without adjustment.
四大集團(tuán)中，中國(guó)北方稀土（集團(tuán)）高科技股份有限公司獲得的開(kāi)采、冶煉分離總量控制指標(biāo)最多、增長(zhǎng)量最大。包含開(kāi)采指標(biāo)141650噸（全部為輕稀土），分離指標(biāo)128934噸，分別增長(zhǎng)41.2%和43.8%。其次是中國(guó)稀土集團(tuán)有限公司，獲得開(kāi)采指標(biāo)62210噸（包含重稀土13010噸），分離指標(biāo)58499噸，同比增長(zhǎng)1.1%和1.2%。廈門(mén)鎢業(yè)股份有限公司、廣東省稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司獲得的指標(biāo)較上年未發(fā)生變化。

本周稀土市場(chǎng)一分為二來(lái)看，周中期前，鐠釹產(chǎn)品價(jià)格緩慢震蕩，鏑鋱產(chǎn)品有企穩(wěn)跡象；周后期，受開(kāi)采指標(biāo)公布影響，鐠釹大踏步回調(diào)，情緒影響鏑鋱產(chǎn)品跟跌回落。
