本周稀土市場(chǎng)鐠釹價(jià)格有小幅下跌，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬327-332元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1210-1240元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格3450-3550元/KG。

This week the market price of PrNd has a slight decline while the price of DyFe and Tb is relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal at weekend present: PrNd 327-332RMB/KG, DyFe 1210-1240RMB/KG, Tb Metal 3450-3550RMB/KG.

海關(guān)總署7月13日公布，中國(guó)6月份出口稀土3,849噸，5月份出口稀土4,073噸，1-6月份稀土出口總量為23,213噸，去年同期累計(jì)為105,542噸，同比增加67.2%。

According to the public announce on July 13th from the General Administration of China Customs, China's rare earth export quantity was 3,849 tons in June and it was 4,073 tons in May. Its total export quantity from January to June was 23,213 tons, which was increased by 67.2% compared to the same time of last year when it was only 105,542 tons.

2.業(yè)內(nèi)人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

據(jù)材料顯示，今年1-5月份，國(guó)內(nèi)正規(guī)渠道出口稀土近2萬(wàn)噸，與去年相比增長(zhǎng)了80%以上，但出口金額14 萬(wàn)美元多，同比增長(zhǎng)近12%。明顯的量增價(jià)跌，讓我們的整個(gè)行業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)出現(xiàn)困難，大量的企業(yè)出現(xiàn)虧損或者在虧損的邊緣上煎熬。

According to the data, China's rare earth export quantity through regular channel from January to May this year was almost 20,000 tons, which increased by more than 80% compared to the same time of last year. And its export amount reached more than $140,000, which increased by about 12%. The obvious situation with increased quantity and declined price brought the whole industry difficulties, and a large number of them has been suffering losses or has been at the edge of losses.

業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為目前的價(jià)格是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于稀土價(jià)值的價(jià)格，收儲(chǔ)到低價(jià)的稀土等于獲得了未來收益的空間。但需要考慮的是我們?cè)谑諆?chǔ)時(shí)，一定要考慮雙方的利益。但是當(dāng)國(guó)家收儲(chǔ)我們六大稀土企業(yè)的稀土產(chǎn)品時(shí)，竟然遭到企業(yè)的拒絕，其原因竟是收儲(chǔ)的價(jià)格太低，使這些企業(yè)寧可放在手里等漲價(jià)，也不賣給國(guó)家做儲(chǔ)備，造成了今年國(guó)家開始進(jìn)行稀土收儲(chǔ)的兩次流標(biāo)。究其原因，除了企業(yè)精算經(jīng)濟(jì)賬外，也說明了我們國(guó)家的收儲(chǔ)指導(dǎo)思想有問題。要讓他們知道：稀土收儲(chǔ)是在幫助企業(yè)解困，而不是在企業(yè)遇到困難時(shí)對(duì)他們實(shí)施趁火打劫。

Professional insiders think that the current price is much lower than its real value, so purchase and storage with such low price means obtaining earning space for future. At the same time we must consider the interests of both sides when doing purchase and storage. However the state purchase and storage was refused by six rare earth groups because of too low price. They would rather store in their hands waiting for price increasing rather than sell out to state purchase, this led to twice bidding failure this year. To trace its root cause, besides the actuarial economic profits, problems also exist in the guideline of our state purchase. Anyway we must enterprises develop their consciousness that state purchase is to help them out rather than to loot a burning house.

面對(duì)稀土產(chǎn)品的過剩，收儲(chǔ)行為等于在幫助企業(yè)走出困境；也等于減緩了稀土產(chǎn)品價(jià)格的進(jìn)一步下跌。更重要的是，在限制產(chǎn)量的同時(shí)，國(guó)家收儲(chǔ)可以讓更多的稀土留在了國(guó)內(nèi)，避免了大量稀土流出國(guó)外的可能。

Facing the surplus of rare earth products, state purchase will help enterprises go out difficulties, also it will reduce price falling continuously. Above all, besides capacity limitation, state purchase will make more rare earth in China, avoiding the possibility that large number of rare earth export to foreign countries.
